London

I had to delay my return to the US due to some personal issues so I'm still here in London, loving the time with my family. Phillip is on the Chesapeake Bay, near Annapolis and Baltimore - by himself sadly (waiting for me), very hot and humid there, but he's still happy to be on Delphinus.

I don't usually promote other people's websites or put links in my blog but these had me in fits of laughter - if they'll make anyone else smile, then my job is done.

Summary of places visited

A sail through the Caribbean from Fort Lauderdale, Florida, to St. Thomas and the US Virgin Islands, the British Virgin Islands, Saba, St. Kitts-Nevis, Montserrat, Antigua, Guadeloupe (overnight in Deshaies), Dominica (our favorite island), Bequia, Mayreau, the Tobago Cays, Union, Petit St. Vincent, Petite Martinique and Mopion, Carriacou, Grenada, Los Testigos, Margarita (Venezuela) Porlamar, La Blanquilla, Los Roques, Las Aves (Barlovento and Sotovento), Bonaire, and Curacao.

Our sailing adventures in the Caribbean. If you can't be bothered to read it, no problem, here's a daily summary:
* Phillip hasn't thrown me overboard yet, I'm still here (someone has to make him some tasty meals)
* the boat needs some repairs
* the weather is very nice, but slightly taxing on a land lubber
* local people are nice to visitors with money
* it's a nice place to visit, but I wouldn't want to live there
* go ahead and choke on these pictures of warmth and sunshine, na-na-na-na-na!
